Blue Star Bio has worked with multiple clients from emerging biomedical start-ups to established organizations launching in a new disease state or market.   


Our experience ranges from working with a client currently launching a novel product for post operative pain management (developing an orthopedic implant/medical device 1099 distributor network) to providing strategic marketing input and guidance in the development of brand and training resources (for a client currently launching a unique modality for post operative nausea and vomiting).  


We have extensive experience consulting on field commercial launch strategies and tactics in preparation for key product launches.  As a matter of fact, we have created go-to-market launch plans for acute care biomedical startups that led to successful commercial launches including developing multiple launch scenarios; field force recruiting, size and scaling; hospital formulary strategy and management; health system/integrated delivery networks strategy, account segmentation, KOL identification and strategy, and operational excellence (sales training and development, customer relations management, incentive compensation).
